Hotel De L'Orme, Akena, Evreux

I found the hotel to be in a prime location in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring the historical sites and local attractions nearby. The service was top-notch from the friendly and accommodating cleaning staff. However, the rooms were a bit basic and could use some updating, and the dining options seemed a bit overpriced for what was offered.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The room, although aged and basic, was surprisingly clean and comfortable. On the downside, it felt quite dark. The service was friendly and accommodating, but the housekeeping could use a bit more courtesy in terms of knocking before entering.
